Mart took links out of my sons watch and beautifully engraved it as a gift for him leaving high school. His work was so speedy and he worked with perfection. He had excellent communication skills and I was SO impressed. ❤️

Fantastic service….Honestly. I have been their customer for a few years. Martin fixed my handbags a few times. I am always very happy with his work and, of course, the price too. I had an issue with my car key-holder case today. Martin fixed it in 1 minute and didn't charge me. Would definitely recommend it.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Went in Monday for a key cutting, paid £20 there and then, and he told me to come back Tuesday, I did at 11 as instructed by him and the shop was closed, his phone was off and neither myself nor the coop staff next door had any idea why. I go back in Thursday to ask for a refund as I got my key cut elsewhere in the meantime, and he threatened me claiming I’d come in with an attitude (I simply asked for my money back) and told me I was barred. His ‘friend’ in the shop had to verbally tell him ‘not to’ and to ‘leave it’ when he started moving towards me aggressively from behind his til… After mentioning I’ll go to the police station which is just up the road, he finally threw a £20 note back at me and told me not to come back, followed by a number of expletives. He claimed he was in hospital/ family emergency Tuesday but I rang his number and left a message and he never answered me, nor was there any way of me knowing this seeing as he hadn’t left a notice anywhere… a seriously aggressive and hostile man runs this ‘shop’, even if you follow his instructions apparently you’re in the wrong because he has personal matters to attend to. I can honestly say as soon as I walked in he was confrontational with me and didn’t even try to explain in a civil manner. I will be telling every single person I know to avoid this small business at all costs, I was willing to understand and forgive him having matters to attend to but the way he’s treated and spoken to me today is disgusting, he should not be allowed to trade at all!

A great little place in Chapel Allerton. Martin was friendly and responsive when I came in to have links taken out of my watch, did the job quickly and professionally and charged a decent price. Would definitely recommend!
