The carers at Radfield try incredibly hard to deliver a compassionate service and the office staff try very hard to ensure that the person being cared for is matched with their preferences of carers. In the 4 weeks that Radfield helped to look after my terminally ill Mum, they helped bring a smile to her face and assisted in easing her pain. I can't really say enough to thank the carers and I know that my Mum greatly appreciated their efforts.

My mother had Alzheimer’s for the last few months of her life. Radfield carers behaved with exceptional care, friendliness and professionalism in ensuring that all Mum’s needs were met with dignity and diligence. The carers had an experienced feeling for what was required to maximise Mum’s wellbeing. As a son, I welcomed the extra security of seeing their friendly faces walk through the door four times each day and my mother and I had an excellent relationship with the well trained and knowledgeable carers. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Really good care agency, very professional. Always very helpful on the phone and do their best to assist with any requests. They send you a rota each week with the next week's calls on, so you know what time to expect the carers, and who will be calling. The staff that come into the house are always very friendly, take their time to chat with the person they are looking after and they clean up dishes and surfaces before they go.

From a family member's recommendation, to date this company have lived up to her evaluation. From first contact with Owner/Director /Ops Manager Denys Hall they have been very professional, caring and efficient. Assessment Officer Steph was simply superb in allevaiting the potential issues in dealing with welcoming 'strangers' into a loved one's home, albeit for their safety and care. We are at the earlier stages in our relationship with Radfield Home Care but we are impressed so far.
