I received fantastic service from my property manger (PM) Zoe Z. She was pleasant to work with and actually listened and took care of a long time lighting issue I was facing in my flat. I never felt ignored (unlike my the previous PM who always ghosted me and just didn’t care) I was always well informed of progress updates via mail. Check out was smooth and no chasing was needed. They organized the cleaning service etc. She was very helpful, although her replies a bit of late during the deposit refund process, she explained everthing and helped to me very friendly.
