This is my second time attending the sound bath session at the Milner, I highly recommend it. Each experience is different but beautiful, on each one I always experiment and learn something different about myself. Besides feeling relaxed and with a clear mind to keep up my week with my regular activities, I always receive a different message, in my case it’s always after the session while sleeping. I did the Reiki 1 course on 5th October and it was an amazing experience! Irene is so calm, welcoming and friendly, and the whole day was so relaxing. There were only three of us plus Irene, and such a small group meant that we felt very comfortable to dive into the experience and ask any questions/share any sensations we had. Irene responded quickly to any emails/messages in the run-up to the course and has been checking in regularly ever since. I highly recommend this course!

I had the opportunity to attend 3 sound bath sessions with Irene; two of them at York Cemetery and the 3rd one at Yearsley Swimming pool. I have to say that each experience has been different, but all of them super helpful, they have allowed me to feel inner peace, calm, clear mind and a full sense of wholeness that I have not experienced before. I participated in the reiki infused sound bath on 7/19/2024, it was absolutely AMAZING! Irene is a very kind woman who welcomed and directed me from our first conversation, which made me feel very comfortable participating in the event for the first time. During the sound bath I felt a deep relaxation that brought me a lot of peace. The environment where the event took place is very beautiful and harmonious, everyone present seemed calm and welcoming. Irene is the kindest soul you would ever meet! Not only has she taught me reiki 1, reiki 2 but now the reiki drum. Which was an amazing course. I can’t wait to start practicing! Absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommend. Irene is such a warm and caring soul. I recently attended a Level 1 Reiki course with Irene. She is very friendly & immediately puts you at ease. Together with the calming room she uses, you can't help but relax. All of this adds to a very conducive ambience for Reiki training. The days training is a full day and intense, however the time flew over and I left feeling much more confident in my abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the day with my fellow trainees. Irene is very knowledgeable & passionate about Reiki and I wouldnt hesitate to return for Level 2 training in time.
